Rapid Turnaround ID Card Printing & Event Access Management
For one of CoverYou’s corporate gala events, 4Diagonal managed the rapid production and deployment of event ID cards across multiple attendee categories including managers, employees, directors, and business heads under highly compressed operational timelines.
Despite the event requirement being communicated on Friday ahead of a restricted weekend operational cycle, the ID card production and deployment workflow was accelerated to ensure successful delivery prior to the live event schedule.
Time-Sensitive Award Trophy Production & Event Support
For one of CoverYou’s internal awards ceremonies, event execution timelines became highly compressed due to consecutive holiday closures and weekend production limitations. The requirement was received immediately after an extended holiday period, leaving limited operational time for trophy production, creative adaptation, print supervision, and final deployment coordination.
While several award creatives were shared by the client, additional recognition categories required active creative execution support from the 4Diagonal team during the live production cycle to accelerate operational timelines.

To accelerate deployment timelines, creative development, trophy artwork preparation, print supervision, and production coordination were managed simultaneously alongside continuous vendor communication and logistical follow-ups.
Despite production-side operational constraints and weekend scheduling limitations, the final trophy units and event deliverables were successfully coordinated and delivered prior to the live award distribution ceremony.
